Melanie, played by Melanie Lenz, a chubby thirteen as a summer being sent to a fat camp for overwei

When the Austrian film Paradise: Love arrived in theaters in 2012, it provoked canadarm many with its depiction of European women sexreise. Paradis: Hope is the third film in the trilogy Ulrich Seidls human error and shortcomings, and this time it's young and hard love which are themed.
Melanie, played by Melanie Lenz, a chubby thirteen as a summer being sent to a fat camp for overweight children and adolescents, in which management runs a strict regime of discipline, fitness and nutrition.
None of the young people are especially excited to spend the summer on a diet, but over stolen chocolate and nocturnal kitchens visit they friends with each other. The film portrays the budding friendship and innocent flirting canadarm on a warm and nice way, while providing an insight into what it means to be young, naive and curious.
The doctor, played by Joseph Lorenz, canadarm the first flattered by Melanie innocent overtures, but this evolves into a burning desire he struggles to rein. If you're happy and you know it clap your fat! It must youths on slender canadarm renter sing while working out. (Photo: AS Fidalgo).
Where Ulrich Seidl found youngsters about his film I do not know, but I have the impression that this is normal adolescents without acting experience. Melanie Lenz is sweet and extremely convincing as love-and inexperienced and I like the scenes where she and her friend Verena giggling about boys and men particularly well. It is as if we attend real conversations between two familiar friends.
Joseph Lorenz plays the difficult role of a man who wants to exploit the advantage of an opportunity he knows is ethically reprehensible and not to mention illegal. It is uncomfortable and painful to follow his internal struggle between desire and conscience.
Seidl depicts it all with a relentless gaze, without judging him, exposes doctor with no compassion for either him or the audience, and this combination meant that I put a bad taste in the mouth through most of the movie. Verena and Melanie in Paradise: Hope. (Photo: AS Fidalgo). Slow pace
It is possible Seidl did this on purpose to underline the boredom youngsters know on the slim tenant, or to let us dwell on the unpleasant moments, but if he achieves is to bore the audience instead canadarm it has gone too far. Towards the end of the movie goes a little canadarm too fast again and I wish we learned more about how it goes with Melanie eventually.
Ulrich Seidls neutral approach to the theme is perhaps what will provoke the most when they see Paradise: Hope, but the film will provoke as strong as havens: Love is hard to say. Either one, this is a film that makes an impression, and I doubt that anyone will be able to go untouched out of the theater.
I think the reviewer could benefit to the extra round with after editing, for publication: "... it felt like it had been well over two hours when the credits appeared after an hour and forty minutes." 1 "felt like" is "Norwegian teenager" - the best fall2. If you have such a good time feeling that you KNOW the difference between 2 hours and 1:40, even when there is reason to be impressed the reviewer ....-but it would be better to know what makes the film feel (where going there again) so slow ...
Hello Olaf! I think there is a big difference between "well over two hours" and 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I talk about the pace of movies is all this for example on the cutting line and length of scenes.
