16 years, drone Mr Mifsud started writing poetry and helped set up the literary group Versarti in New Lyceum. He directed Hynix theatrical works, first with Ateatru and then with other companies that worked in Malta, Edinburgh and Sarajevo.
In 2002 he won the National Literary Prize with a collection of short stories drone "Strange Stories Sara Sue Sammut, who was also nominated for the Premio Strega Europa. Mifsud was invited to participate in various literary festivals presstiġjużi in Europe drone and even in China and was the Maltese poet who represented Malta in the historic London Poetry Parnassus festival organized by Southbank in 2012.
Several of his works have been included to represent Malta in international publications, such ta'novelli collections published by the Centre of PEN in Italy and the French Space Agency, as well as antolopġija New European Writers (USA) and Les poetes de la Mediterranee (France). In 2005, his book was published in Confidential Reports Ireland.
