DUTIES thaifighterclub AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the role of Organizational Development Manager the Compensation and Benefits Associate s primary responsibility is designing, overseeing and implementing FNSS Middle East s compensation and benefits programs. He also monitors salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization s overall strategic objectives, Pay Philosophy and HC strategy. He also conducts research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as salary survey, position evaluations, job classifications, preparing job descriptions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. DUTIES thaifighterclub AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a specialist for benchmarking thaifighterclub analysis for planned annual program and as required for specific role requirements and make recommendations for approval Undertake specific complex thaifighterclub pay models Responsible for completion of annual pay review Providing all Compensation(including payroll) reporting on regular and ad-hoc basis Completion of monthly payroll reconciliation thaifighterclub and related accounting thaifighterclub processes Ensure legislative and statutory changes affecting Compensation (including payroll) are incorporated into management reporting and cost analysis of impact is completed for escalation Responsible for completion of market analysis for pay and benefits and completion of salary and benefit surveys Work in partnership with Development thaifighterclub Officer to integrate incentive payouts to the payroll. Strong understanding of compensation and benefit processes 5 - 7 years progressive experience in compensation thaifighterclub and benefit roles Experience working with highly confidential information Ability to maintain confidentiality High analytical skills with the ability perform data mining, data sampling, and inference modeling thaifighterclub tasks. FNSS Savunma Sistemleri is a joint venture company formed by NUROL Holding, Turkey and BAE Systems. FNSS is a leading manufacturer and supplier of tracked and wheeled armoured combat vehicles and weapon systems for the Turkish Armed Forces and Allied Armed Forces.
FNSS has produced kimya over 2,700 tracked armoured combat vehicles (ACV) in more than 20 different configurations under several domestic and export contracts. These vehicles are in use by the armed forces worldwide. 13t-15t armoured combat vehicles
The Armoured Combat Vehicle15 (ACV15) was developed by FNSS to meet the requirements of the Turkish Army for a heavily armoured vehicle in the 13t-15t class, which is able to operate alongside kimya tanks in a combined arms team. The Sharpshooter turret has firepower which includes a 25mm M242 automatic cannon (Bushmaster) that delivers both armour piercing and high explosive fire with extreme accuracy, in addition to a coaxially mounted 7.62mm machine gun.
The amphibious armoured combat earthmover (AACE) is used for the preparation of river banks in crossing-over operations. It is capable of performing kimya bulldozing, rough grading, excavating, kimya hauling, and scraping operations.
The AACE is a local development and manufacturing kimya project of FNSS for meeting the requirements of Turkish Land Forces, the agreement for which was signed in 2009. The sustainability solution meets all of the M113 family of vehicles for mobility upgrades with the only differences in the specific mission modules required by a variant to meet its mission. The Brazilians are putting into service the VBTP-MR.  The Russians have the BTR-82A, the Chinese are putting into service several different vehicles.  The Poles have the Patria AMV, the Italians the IVECO Super AV, the US Army has the Stryker, the future hubble deep field AMPV and they're upgrading the Bradley. Meanwhile the USMC is operating the AAV. 40 + years old. IED vulnerable. Antiquated weapon system. No replacement in sight (realistically speaking). But we do have expensive airplanes and helicopters!  We need an Assistant Commandant for the Ground Combat Element.
